EA making Dante’s Inferno Action Game
EA Redwood Shores is currently working on an action adventure game called Dante’s Inferno which is based on the Epic poem, The Divine Comedy by Alighieri. The Divine Comedy is a poem that narrates the tales of Dante, who wanders through the nine circles of hell in search of Beatrice, the love of his life. The game will be based on it and will provide a unique adventure to the players with its great gameplay based on hellish adventures.
It will be a third person action adventure game and we can expect plenty of adventures and puzzles as Dante travels through the nine circles of hell which include lust, treachery, gluttony, greed, wrath etc. The game is being developed EA Redwood Shores, who were also behind Dead Space. No details about the platforms and release is yet known but it is expected to arrive next year. A teaser trailer was recently released. You can have a look at that.
