Chronicles Of Riddick: Assault On Dark Athena Coming on April 7
Atari has announced that Chronicles Of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena will be finally hitting the stores in America on April 7 and in Europe on April 24. A XBOX 360 and PS3 demo will also come out in March giving the users some take of the action. The game will contain a graphical remake of Chronicles of Riddick: Escape To Butcher Bay along with a new single player campaign. Since ‘Escape To Butcher Bay’ was one of the finest movie to game translations of the last generation, this is a hell of a deal. The game will also have a multiplayer version for the first time.
Even if you have the old version, there are a lot of reasons to buy the game. The game contains a revamped graphics version of the Escape To Butcher Bay campaign along with the new Dark Athena campaign which will be quite long like the older campaign. The new campaign will take off from where the Escape To Butcher Bay left. ‘Riddick’ is aboard a spaceship which gets captured by a space craft called Dark Athena. Riddick manages to escape and the rest of the campaign will involve him getting off the Dark Athena. The game will be full of Cut Scenes as well as strong voice acting of all the characters.
